Job title - Production Manager (full-time). 

We are looking for a full-time Production Manager to oversee and coordinate 

the pre-production (planning) and the production (control and supervision) stage at our production studio located at Buknor Isolo, Lagos Nigeria.

Responsibilities. ​​

• Plan and draw up weekly production schedules

• Supervise and manage the work of Artisans

• Coordinate with design, material, and quality control teams to align production goals with the overall business strategy.

• Monitor productivity rates and product standards - and implement quality control programmes

• Assessing project and resource requirements

• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and that quality standards and targets are met

• Overseeing production processes and adjust schedules as needed

• review Artisan's performance and identify training needs.

• Renegotiating production timescales or schedules as necessary

• Work with the Material Coordinator to ensure sufficient stock of raw materials and supplies.

• Monitor material usage and adjust orders to match production needs and minimize waste.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to address material shortages or logistical challenges.

• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality.

• Work with the supply team to optimize material usage and reduce waste.

• Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring that expenses stay within approved limits.

• Analyze financial performance related to production and recommend improvements to increase profitability.

Requirements 

• Minimum of 2 years supervisorial experience

• Strong planning and organisational skills to run the production process effectively

• Ability to act decisively to solve team or equipment related problems

• Strong attention to details to ensure high level of quality

• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team and clients

• Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget and at the right time

• Ability to motivate your team to meet deadlines

 

Salary 

​N250,000-N300,000 starting monthly salary with an opportunity for advancement on an annual review basis.

We are looking for a full-time supply and quality coordinator to oversee and coordinate the supply chain management and quality control - ensuring that the sourcing, delivery and handling of materials are efficient while maintaining the highest quality standard throughout the production process..

Responsibilities. ​​

• Identify, source, and procure high-quality materials such as leather, fabrics, soles, adhesives, and hardware.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure consistent supply and favorable terms.

• Evaluate and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with suppliers.

• Research and test new materials that align with production goals and brand standards.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are always available for production.

• Organize and manage the storage of materials to facilitate easy access and prevent waste or damage.

• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Allocate materials to production teams based on project schedules and priorities.

• Collaborate with the production manager to forecast material needs for upcoming production cycles.

• Ensure the timely delivery of materials to prevent production delays.

• Develop and implement strategies to minimize material waste and optimize usage.

• Inspect incoming materials for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.

Job title - Accountant. (hybrid). 

We are looking for an accountant to manage our financial activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The accountant will primarily work remotely but required to come into the office once or twice  a week to coordinate with team members, handle in-office records and participate in weekly ,meetings.

Responsibilities. ​​

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, expenses, and payroll).

• Reconcile bank statements with accounting software.

• Ensure proper categorization of business expenses.​

• Handle all tax filings (local, state, and federal).

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, including VAT, GST, or sales tax.

• Prepare and file necessary annual and quarterly tax returns.

• Track inventory costs and calculate Cost of Goods Sold.

• Assist in determining pricing strategies for maximum profitability.

• Monitor shrinkage, waste, or other discrepancies in inventory.​

• Manage payroll for employees, freelancers, and contractors.
